Production Timeline

From the moment you order to the moment it arrives, here is what happens and when you'll hear from us.

Day 1
Order Confirmed
You receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated production timeline. Your slot in the current batch is secured.
Days 2–5
Fabric Sourcing & Prep
Your specified fabric is pulled from our current stock and prepared for cutting. If your size or colourway requires special materials, sourcing may add a few days.
Days 5–12
Production Started
Pattern cutting, stitching, embroidery, hardware application, and finishing all happen in this window. You'll receive a "Production Started" email at the beginning of this stage.
Days 12–16
Quality Control
Every seam, label, and detail is inspected. If anything doesn't meet our standard, the piece is remade — not patched. This is non-negotiable.
Days 16–18
Ready to Ship
Your piece is packed in custom branded packaging. You'll receive a "Ready to Ship" email with your tracking number.
Days 18–28
Shipped & Delivered
Your package is handed off to the carrier. UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International shipping varies by destination. Full tracking provided.

Why Handmade?

Mass production lets brands ship in 24 hours. It also produces garments that pill after three washes, seams that split within weeks, and fits that are optimised for cost — not for the person wearing them.

We chose the opposite path. Every Vendetta piece is constructed individually, which means longer lead times but garments that hold up for years. The delay isn't a weakness — it's the entire point.

When you wait for a Vendetta piece, you're not waiting for inventory to be pulled from a shelf. You're waiting for your garment to be made. That distinction is everything.

Batch Production

We produce in small batches — typically 15 to 30 units per style, per cycle. This is deliberate. Small batches allow us to:

Maintain Quality

Fewer pieces means more attention on each one. Every garment gets individual care from start to finish.

Reduce Waste

We only produce what's been ordered or what we're confident will sell. No overproduction, no landfill surplus.

Source Better Materials

Small runs let us use premium and deadstock fabrics that wouldn't be available at mass-production volumes.

Keep Designs Exclusive

Once a batch cycle closes, that colourway or detail may not return. Each drop is its own moment.

Email Updates at Every Stage

One of the most common frustrations with made-to-order brands is silence after payment. We've built our process around the opposite. You will hear from us at every step:

  • Order Confirmation — Sent immediately after purchase with order details and estimated timeline.
  • Production Started — Sent when your garment enters the production queue. You'll know work has begun.
  • Quality Check Complete — Sent after your piece passes inspection and is cleared for packing.
  • Shipped — Sent with your tracking number and estimated delivery window.
  • Delivery Confirmation — Follow-up after delivery to make sure everything arrived as expected.

Refunds & Remakes

Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept standard returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our work:

Defect or Damage

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will remake it at no cost. Send photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Size Issues

We provide detailed sizing on every product page. If a garment doesn't match the published measurements, we'll work with you on a solution.

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your order is lost, we will reship or refund. All orders are insured and fully tracked.

Questions

Email us before ordering if you have any concerns about fit, fabric, or timing. We'd rather answer questions upfront than solve problems later.
